When you create an account, place an order, or apply to become a distributor, we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery addresses, and — where relevant to a business account — your company name, GST number and PAN. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile photo from Google; we never receive your Google password.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
For Cash on Delivery and Bank Transfer orders, we do not store any card or bank credentials — bank transfer details are shared with you directly, and payment is confirmed manually by our team. If online payment gateways are enabled in future, card details will be processed directly by the payment provider and never stored on our servers.
Order records, including invoices, are retained for as long as required under applicable tax and accounting law. You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by writing to us — order records tied to completed transactions may be retained in anonymised form for statutory compliance.
You can review and update your profile, addresses and preferences at any time from your account. To request a copy of your data, or its deletion, contact us using the details on our Contact page.
