Prices shown on the site are inclusive of applicable GST and are subject to change without prior notice; the price charged is the one displayed at the time your order is placed. Orders are confirmed once payment method is selected and the order is submitted — for Cash on Delivery, payment is collected at the point of delivery.
Delivery dates selected at checkout are estimates. Delivery is free on orders of ₹500 and above; a flat delivery charge applies below that threshold, shown at checkout before you place the order. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect address details, inaccessible delivery locations, or events outside our reasonable control.
Damaged, leaking or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund. Sealed packaged water products cannot be returned once opened, in line with food-safety regulation.
Submitting a distributor application does not guarantee approval. AquaSuper reserves the right to approve, reject, or request additional documentation for any application, and to assign or reassign territory at its discretion.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chandigarh.
